How do i get rid of skin patch formed by use of facial bleach ?

I applied this Oxy bleach recently on my face and the next day there was this small patch which appears more like a dead skin on my right cheek. I am getting worried because i am getting married this november and this patch should not hamper my appearance. Any cure or home remedy pleaseHow do i get rid of skin patch formed by use of facial bleach ?
Spot treat it with some heavy duty mosturizer...I've done this before with wax.How do i get rid of skin patch formed by use of facial bleach ?
