What are good facial moisturizers for skin that is only oil-prone in the t-zone?

I do not have oily skin--actually, my cheek and neck area is rather dry, but sometimes with certain weather conditions, etc. my t-zone can get oily. I want a lightweight moisturizer with sun protection. I use Clinique, but they don't offer a moisturizer that I'm looking for w/ SPF. Any ideas? Biore used to make a foam moisturizer, they still may. Anything that is good for combination skin should work, you don't want to be either too oily or dry in either area. i like clean and clear morning burst moisturizer. it's oil free and it has an spf. philosophy also makes an oil free w/spf moisturizer called hope in a jar that works well too.
Olay total effects. Perfect for me. I have the whole t zone thing going on and even occassional breakouts around my chin, it is the perfect moisturizer.
proactive has a SPF 15 also Cetaphil works good.
