After i wash my face with my neutrogena facial wash, what am i supposed to do?

all i have is the facial cream cleanser, not the toner or the neutrogena lotion. when i'm done washing my face i see that it's dry. i used to put cetaphil lotion for dry skin on it but that just irritated it more. my mom used froot of the loom cocoa butter on her face, but i'm not sure if i should you that. what should i do after i wash my face with the neutrogena cleanserr? helppp.After i wash my face with my neutrogena facial wash, what am i supposed to do?
You should buy the neutrogena oil free moisturiser.
