Is there a name for these types of facial spots?

Large round red spots that are tender, but they are under the skin. In that, they cannot be squezed or anything. They are smooth to the touch. You have to wait for them to just go doen on their own. They don't come to a head like normal spots that you sometimes find. I have seen them on peoples chins and back most commonly. ThanksIs there a name for these types of facial spots?
I think you are describing a blind spot.

If so they are a pain.
