shave your face and neck. It will take off your light hair and the rough hair will eventually come in. Shave as if you had a full beard, even if there is no hair in some spots.
Options:
1) A Belt Sander.
2) Eat a lot of chocolate, pray for acne
3) Time, let it happen naturally
