It may be a hormonal problem. Don't take this personally but how big is your penis? There are such things as really late bloomers. If you don't think that's your problem than talk to your doctor and see if he will subscribe you hormone supplements.

2: u might have hormonal probs, u might have higher female genes in ur dna system.





check it wit ha doctor, the prob should be easy. got male hormon pills like HGH or powder : arginine,, carnite, to increase male testorone and yes they are safe and legal and approved by the FDA or is it FAA.
Maybe you are maturing later than the average person. If you have no other help problems because of it, I think you are fine.

Yes,razor companies will go broke.Seriously,be glad you don't have to shave as much,it is a pain in the a** to have to shave all the time and facial hair does not really make you look older if that's what your worried about.
