By the way,I think getting pierced is a great idea because it's undo-able. I have had my nose pierced in the past and then had to remove it when I got a ';real'; job. I don't have a scar at all. I also have a few tats that I don't regret, but a lot of people do as they get older and they are much harder to hide or get rid of.
Most people can pull off a small diamond nose ring. They look classy and cute. BUT if you can pull off a monroe, those are the cutest, in my opinion. There's just something really sexy about them, but you HAVE to have the face for it. I had one, I took it out though. But it was fun to have back in my party days. :)
i personally like the monroe or your lip. if you put a small stud in it looks really cute and guys like it too. keep in mind you might not want any facial piercings in the future due to professioal reasons!
Personally (as I have them), nose, tongue and labret. But I also think septums are sexy on the right girl. But my ABSOLUTE favourite absolutely f*cking gorgeous piercing HAS to be the anti-eyebrow. It's beautiful!

Don't tell ME how to answer a question. I don't think piercings are sexy at all, in fact, they are an instant turnoff. Same with tattoos. Anyone who is so desperate to follow a fashion trend that they would deliberately disfigure themselves is a loser. Disfigurements due to accidental causes are another matter, though. There's something I find strangely attractive about them. Take Tina Fey, for example. She has a little scarring from something or other at the left corner of her mouth that just makes me crazy.
i dont know about the sexiest but I know the ugliest is the eybrow and the lip and lip area. Nose piercings look quite skanky in my opinion and they all leave a nice scar when you finally decide you want to get rid of them.
