Which facial cleanser to use for my skin?

i do not have pimples, acne or blackheads but there are these small things on my face and i also want to fare my complexion but i don't know which is the best company of facial cleanser and is also not tooo expensive like Clear and Clear which is for 9.99. So please help me .
